We have a team of 4 Operational Managers who are the face of our company to the Guests. They are the first impression and the first contact person that the guests will meet. Their principal activity is to welcome guests and provide them with the information they need to have a pleasant stay.

They will provide information about the property and the area, general information on activities and restaurants as well as tours available to take in our tropical city. Additionally they will coordinate the cleanings and check-out times and provide emergency contact information. The intention is to make guests feel safe and calm with the knowledge that all their requests will be taken care of by our team.

Reservations and Concierge Service

Moisés, our reservation agent, is the one who will be in charge of coordinating everything for the arrival of your guests. He will be in communication with the guests before their arrival, during their stay and after they go home. He has 24- hour availability for attention to emergencies.

If guests are looking for a tour or to book a dinner in restaurants, he will be able to manage the preparations so that the guest can enjoy their experience.

The importance of having a property in excellent condition and operation is the main objective of the maintenance team. This team is in charge of scheduling preventive maintenance of the property’s equipment, as well as attending to corrective services and emergencies. This team works in conjunction with a list of trusted external providers who provide quality services so that any detail that the property presents will be corrected.

Accounting División

The accounting team will be taking care of the monthly and annual payments related to your property. Examples include utilities bills, maid service, general purchases an any other additional payment that should need to be made. Financial reports that we provide include a monthly email which provides a detailed look at all payments made by owners and all expenses incurred in that month.
